Bedrooms and Shower Room

The Upside Down House comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, making it great for couples, friends or families. The main bedroom includes a king-size bed, a smart TV and plenty of wardrobe space. The other rooms consist of a twin (which can be pushed together to make up to a super-king), and an adult sized bunk-bed. All beds are fitted with hotel style sheets and towels.

The home has one bathroom, which has lots of shelf and cupboard space for all your items. The large walk-in shower is newly fitted and is great for setting you up for the day!

Kitchen and Dining

The fully equipped open plan kitchen features an electric oven with a induction hob, a large Swan refrigerator and dishwasher. All cookware is supplied in-order for you to cook up a feast for yourself and your family.

The kitchen table seats four comfortably and six at a squeeze, or you can opt for outdoor dining at the long table benches on the patio.

- Smart heating has been fitted through-out the house for your comfort.

- For security, there are 3 security cameras on the exterior of the house, one on the front door, one outside downstairs and one on the back of the house.

House Amenities

Outside Dining

There is a large table outside on the rear patio. The outside light can be found just on the inside of the patio doors to your left.

Games and Books

There are a selection of board games and books at the property to use for your own entertainment.

Linen and Towels

Clean bath and hand towels are provided for all guests. And the bed linen is professionally cleaned for every new guest. If you intend to go swimming in the sea (which we recommend) please bring your own beach towels.

Bikes and Beach Equipment

3x Bikes and some mini beach boards are kept at the house along with kites and other beach equipment. If you need to hire any additional bikes, there is Ken's Bike hire just round the corner. kensbikes.co.uk

If you would like to use the bikes, please contact us before your stay.

Smart TVs and Wi-Fi

There are two Smart TV's on the property one in the main living room and one in the master bedroom. There is also a good Wi-Fi connection through-out the property.

First Aid and Smoke Alarms

A fire blanket and first aid kit and can be found under the kitchen sink. There is a fire extinguisher next to the fridge. Smoke alarms and carbon dioxide meters are also fitted throughout the house for you safety.

A washing machine, Iron and Ironing board are all available for you to use.

Please note that our check-out time is strict because if our cleaners arrive while you're still at the house, they will charge us extra.

Pets not allowed.

May not be suitable for the elderly, infirm or very young children because of the stairs.

Additional House Rules

Please respect and care for the house, we work really hard to make the house as nice for our guests as we can and would love to keep it that way.

If any house rules are violated and or broken, renters must vacate the property immediately. Renter forfeit all rental funds and security deposit and the house rules violation(s) may be met with additional charges.

☼No partying

☼NO smoking inside the home. You are welcome to smoke in the garden, but please use ashtrays provided.

☼Guests will not use the premises for any unlawful purposes whatsoever.

☼No noise disturbance is allowed and please be respectful of quiet hours starting at 11 p.m. - 8 a.m.

We have nice neighbours and it is a residential area, so we would like to respect them. thanks.

☼Guests may NOT film or shoot photos for commercial use on the property and/or stage photoshoots of any kind or record, edit or otherwise produce content of any kind unless granted permission by owner/host unless otherwise authorised prior to booking. Violators of this agreement will forfeit all remaining rental funds and security deposit and leave the premises immediately.

☼People other than those listed in the guest party may not be on site without prior consent.

☼Owners/hosts are not responsible for any injuries, illness or accidents that may occur while on the premises or its facilities.

☼The owners/hosts are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.

☼Any excessive damage to furniture and/or other material objects associated with the property will be subject to security deposit loss at the discretion of the owner/host.

☼All guests are assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.

Release & Waiver of Liability: I AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE RULES & REGULATIONS OF THE UPSIDE DOWN HOUSE & AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY. In consideration of accepting this entry, I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby, for myself, my minor children, my heirs, my executors and administrators, waive and fully release any and all rights and claims for injuries and/or damages I may have against The Upside Down House and WillFelixClark ltd.
